We at Sleepy Owl love an authentic cup of Kaafi but without the hassle. Hence we formulated the right grind and roast, and the perfect blend of coffee and chicory in our famous Brew Bags so that our consumers could achieve the perfect concentrate within 5-7 minutes without using extra brewing equipment.

Our Filter Coffee comes in three variants. Our Classic Filter Kaapi is a mellow blend of 85% Robusta and 15% Chicory. Our nuttier, bolder, stronger Madras Blend boasts of the 80:20 golden ratio of Robusta and Chicory. And our latest addition, the Deccan Express is the boldest variant we have and has a blend of 70% Robusta and 30% Chicory.

All you have to do to brew an authentic cup is brew the bag in hot water for 5-7 minutes depending on how strong you like your coffee. Once that’s done, just add milk and sugar to the concentrate according to your liking.
